Jennifer Beving was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and brings both legal expertise and a deep commitment to freedom and education to her work with Americans for Prosperity. A lawyer by training, Jennifer practiced criminal defense before choosing to focus full-time on raising and homeschooling her children. Her experience as a parent and educator has fueled her passion for ensuring every child in South Dakota has access to an exceptional education—one that empowers families with choice and flexibility.
