Rushmore Roadmap

The REINS Act (Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny) creates a framework for legislative approval for major regulations with significant economic or social impact. REINS will require legislators to vote on rules before they take effect. When executive agencies can create and enforce laws on their own, Americans aren’t able to hold policymakers accountable.
